TeCluster

Model 3 and Y have no cluster.
Now your iPhone is one.

No more glancing at the center screen to check your speed. Speed, gear, power and regen, battery, range, tire pressures — streamed straight from the car over Bluetooth, several times a second. No server in the middle to slow it down.

Pair your iPhone as a Bluetooth key once, in the car. Works with every Model 3 and Model Y, plus Model S and Model X (2021 and newer).

Car Checkup

A new Tesla scores 100.
What does yours score?

How much battery you've really lost. How much air each tire needs.

TeCluster reads your VIN to find your car's exact factory spec, then uses its rated range when new as the baseline. Battery capacity, tires, cell balance, module temperature and isolation resistance each get a score against a new car — and when something looks off, you'll know what to do about it.

Car Checkup: part-by-part scores against a new car — battery capacity 94, tires 86, cell balance 73, module temp and isolation 100Car Checkup: front left tire 6 psi below recommended, fill it to 42 — plus 94% of original range left and the cell voltage spread

Part of the Connected plan. TeCluster doesn't read fault codes, so it can't tell you why a warning light is on — for an exact diagnosis, visit a Tesla Service Center. My Car Info (model, battery, range) is free.

How much battery
have you really lost?

Not a range estimate. A score against new.

Your Tesla's screen

78% · 239 mi

Just how far you can go right now. Working out how much you've lost since new is up to you.

TeCluster

94 / 100

That's 307 mi on a full charge — 94% of the 327 mi it had new, and right where cars with 26,000 miles usually are (average: 96). Tesla says Model 3 and Y keep about 80% after 200,000 miles.

Your new-car baseline comes from your VIN automatically. Measured above 50% charge with no snowflake showing. Not yet available for Model S and X, or for some specs such as the Berlin-built Model Y Juniper RWD — we're still collecting their baselines.

Low tire?
Or just a cold morning?

Not just a number. What it means and what to do.

Other apps

36 psi

Just a number. The rest is up to you.

TeCluster

6 psi low

Front left is 6 psi below the car's recommended 42. At 27 °F (−3 °C), about 4 psi of that is just the cold, so it may not be a leak. Bring it up to 42.

The recommended pressure comes from your car, and we factor in the temperature. Part of Car Checkup.

Five things that matter.
Checked one by one.

Where there's a clear standard, you get a score. Where owners go by a rule of thumb, we call it a guide.

Battery capacity

Your full-charge range today against the rated range your car had new — and against the average for cars at the same mileage, so you know whether the drop is typical.

Tires

Each tire against the pressure your car recommends — with how much of a drop is just the cold, and how many psi to add.

Cell balanceguide

Whether the cells in your pack are wearing evenly. Cells drift apart while you drive or charge, so it's measured only while parked.

Module tempguide

The temperature spread between battery modules — whether some are running hotter or cooler than the rest.

Isolation resistanceguide

How well the high-voltage parts are insulated from the body. Below 500 kΩ, we suggest getting it checked.

And more

The snowflake explained — a cold battery, not a fault. Lifetime efficiency, software update progress and release notes, all in one place.

Every part gets one of three verdicts

Car warning

Your car has raised a warning itself.

Guide values aren't official limits — they're figures owners commonly go by. They vary with the car, charge level and temperature, so treat them as a rough guide only.

Google MapsWazeApple Maps

No extra screen to buy or wire in — just mount your iPhone behind the wheel.

No warranty worries.
Nothing an update can brick.

Why pay $139–$535 for an aftermarket display?

Installing an aftermarket display means pulling trim and tapping into the car's wiring, so the first thing owners ask is “Will this void my warranty?” And the forums have plenty of stories about a Tesla update bricking the screen. TeCluster doesn't plug into anything — it connects as a Bluetooth key, the way Tesla officially allows.

An aftermarket display being wired in behind the passenger-side kick panel, and a service center turning down a warranty repair

Nothing to pull out before a service visit or trade-in.

Missed a turn?
Keep going the way you're headed.

We fixed the weak spot in Apple Maps routing — rerouting — with HERE.

Apple Maps routing alone

“Make a U-turn”

The routing engine doesn't know which way you're facing, so a missed turn often starts with a route back the way you came.

TeCluster · HERE

Keep going

The moment you leave the route, we ask HERE which way the road ahead goes and join a new route 1,000 ft (300 m) ahead. A U-turn only when going forward would cost a lot more.

Cluster and map, one screen

Speed, battery and your next turn at a glance — no switching apps and losing your gauges.

A faster route every 3 minutes

It rechecks your arrival time every 3 minutes and switches if a route is 3 minutes or 15% faster.

The road's speed limit

The limit for the road you're on, shown on the cluster from HERE road data, where available.

No gaps in the route line

When a new route starts ahead of the car, a line follows the road from where you are to where it begins.

Turn-by-turn directions, arrival times and traffic come from Apple Maps; the heading-aware reroute and speed limits come from HERE.

Find it on your iPhone.
It's waiting in the car.

Search in the app, or tap Share in Google Maps or Apple Maps.

The destination goes straight to your Tesla's navigation — one tap on the car's screen and you're on your way. If the car is asleep, it shows up the moment the car wakes up.

Connected plan. Tesla only lets you start navigation from the car's screen.

After-blow

Why does your A/C
smell musty?

Moisture left on the evaporator after you park.

Running the A/C leaves the evaporator wet. Park, and that moisture just sits there, which is how you get mold and that mildew smell. Once you walk away, After-blow runs the fan for 1, 3 or 5 minutes to dry it out. No more switching off the A/C a few minutes before you arrive.

After-blow settings: on, a 3-minute blow, only on days you used the A/C — and how it works in three steps

Connected plan. It starts and stops on its own.

Stay cool all the way home.
It dries out after you leave.

No more switching off the A/C and sweating out the last few minutes.

Park and walk away

It notices the moment the climate turns off with the car in Park.

A 1-, 3- or 5-minute blow

It sets the temperature to 81 °F (27 °C) and runs the fan to dry out the evaporator.

Everything back as it was

It turns the climate off and restores your temperature setting, so the car's just how you left it.

The old trick

A/C off 5 min early

The last few minutes get hot in summer — and it's easy to forget.

TeCluster

Done after you leave

Keep the A/C on until you arrive. The drying happens after you walk away, and your settings go back the way they were.

It knows when not to run

Get back in, and it's back to normal

If you get back in mid-blow (sit in the driver's seat or shift out of Park), it keeps the climate on, restores your temperature and sets it to Auto.

Skips Dog Mode and Camp Mode

If the climate is about to come back on, it leaves it alone.

Only on A/C days (optional)

It skips days you didn't use the A/C. Below 59 °F (15 °C), it assumes you were heating.

Once per stop

It won't run twice for the same parking stop.
