TeCluster Get the app

Terms of Service

Effective from the app's first release

The Korean version of this policy is the authoritative text. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version prevails.

1. Purpose and scope

  1. These terms set out the conditions for using the mobile app TeCluster ("the App") provided by CGFlow ("the Company"), and the rights and obligations of both parties.
  2. They apply only to the App and are separate from the terms of the cgflow.kr platform.

2. What the service does

  1. The App provides an instrument cluster display and navigation for Tesla drivers.
  2. Speed, drive power and other vehicle values are read directly from the car over Bluetooth once your device is paired with the car as a key; when that link is unavailable, speed is estimated from your device's satellite positioning (GPS) signal.
  3. Built-in navigation uses map and route data from Apple, with data from HERE for rerouting and speed limits; you may instead hand guidance off to another navigation app installed on your device.
  4. If you connect a Tesla account, the App also shows battery, range, temperature, odometer, gear and charging state, and the destination of guidance started in the car.

3. Plans

  1. Free: cluster display, navigation, speed-camera warnings, and picking up on the device a destination set in the car (up to 20 times per calendar month). Vehicle data and guidance started in the car are read only over a direct Bluetooth link between the device and the vehicle, never through our server.
  2. Connected: using vehicle telemetry and the Tesla Fleet API, the App additionally exchanges destinations with the car without a monthly limit — a destination set in the car is picked up by the device, and a destination chosen on the device is sent to the car (guidance starts after you tap Start on the car's screen; the App cannot end the car's guidance) — and provides Car Checkup (tyres, battery health, software updates), after-blow, the turn-signal display and Vehicle Controls.
  3. Vehicle Controls (lock and unlock, doors, frunk, trunk, charge port, windows, Sentry Mode, Dog Mode) are sent from your device directly to the car over Bluetooth only when you press them, without a confirmation step, and work only near the car. Make sure it is safe before opening or closing any part of the vehicle; you are responsible for operating the vehicle safely.
  4. The Free plan is available in every country, requires no subscription and has no time limit. Connected is an optional auto-renewing subscription; eligible accounts may be offered an introductory offer, such as a free trial or a reduced introductory price, as shown on the App Store before purchase.
  5. The exact scope of each plan follows the description in the App and on the App Store.

4. No account needed

  1. The App does not create an account of its own. Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account, and your car is identified by its VIN. You may at any time use Settings → This device → Delete my data to remove the car registration together with the vehicle data held on the server.

5. Subscriptions and payment

  1. Paid plans are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store.
  2. Price and billing period are those shown on the App Store at the time of purchase.
  3. Payment is handled by Apple. The Company does not hold your payment details.
  4. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  5. If you take up an introductory offer such as a free trial, the subscription continues at the regular price when the offer period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

6. Cancellation and refunds

  1. Cancel in iOS under Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  2. After cancelling you keep paid features until the period you already paid for ends; after that, the App continues on the Free plan.
  3. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policy. The Company cannot refund an App Store purchase directly.
  4. Nothing in this section limits the withdrawal or other rights that applicable law gives you.

7. Use while driving

  1. The App is a reference aid and does not replace the driver's duty of care.
  2. Actual road conditions, traffic signs and traffic law always take precedence over what the App shows.
  3. Do not operate the screen while driving. If you need to, stop somewhere safe first.
  4. The App does not replace the vehicle's own instruments. For safety-related information, rely on the vehicle's own display.

8. Limits of the information shown

  1. The speed reading is taken from the car over Bluetooth (filled in between readings using the device's motion sensors) or, when that link is unavailable, derived from satellite positioning with an offset applied to match the vehicle's own speedometer, and it may lag behind or differ from the vehicle's own display. It therefore has no legal or administrative standing and must not be used to judge whether a speed limit was exceeded.
  2. In tunnels, underground car parks and other places without satellite reception, speed may be missing or inaccurate.
  3. Speed-camera and speed-limit alerts are based on public enforcement-camera data and map data, and do not cover every road or camera.
  4. Routes and arrival times come from the map service and may differ from actual conditions.
  5. Vehicle data is the last value the car transmitted, not a live reading. Values that are too old are not displayed.

9. Third-party services

  1. The App is not an official Tesla app, and the Company is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Tesla, Inc.
  2. Vehicle integration depends on the interface Tesla provides, so parts or all of it may be limited or discontinued without notice if Tesla changes its policies, pricing or technology.
  3. Built-in maps and guidance are provided by Apple, with data from HERE for rerouting and speed limits; if you hand guidance off to another navigation app, that app is provided by its own provider. Each provider's own terms also apply.
  4. The Company is not liable for consequences of a third-party service failing or erring, absent intent or negligence on its part.

10. Your obligations

  1. Connect an account only for a vehicle you are entitled to use.
  2. Do not reverse-engineer the App, circumvent payment for paid features, or place an unreasonable load on the service.
  3. If a breach of this section causes the Company loss, the Company may restrict use and claim damages.

11. Changes and interruptions

  1. The Company may change, add or discontinue features in order to improve the service.
  2. Material changes that disadvantage paid users are announced in the App or by email 30 days before they take effect.
  3. Service may be suspended without prior notice for reasons beyond control — natural disaster, network failure, a third-party outage — in which case notice is given promptly afterwards.

12. Limitation of liability

  1. The App is provided as is; the Company does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose or the completeness of the information shown.
  2. Absent intent or negligence on the Company's part, the Company is not liable for traffic offences, accidents, or loss of time, fuel or electricity arising from reliance on what the App displays.
  3. Where the Company is liable, that liability is capped at the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
  4. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights granted by applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. The parties will seek to resolve any dispute in good faith; failing that, jurisdiction follows the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
  3. For enquiries, write to contact@tecluster.org.

Supplementary

  1. These terms take effect on the App's first release date.
  2. Changes are announced in the App and on this page seven days before they take effect, or 30 days where the change disadvantages users.
  3. These terms were last revised on 22 September 2026.
